This is a clean painting. The eyes look a little goofy but hell what are your supposed to do when the colors run a bit with watercolor. Could have been a better subject, gudas yelling in a rookie goalies first game of the series is kinda oof but I get how it’s a good image with alot of emotions.

It’s good but to me doesn’t accurately capture the moment. For instance, Gudas was looking into Woll’s soul and Woll was much more dejected

regardless of the blatant holding of the stick that went uncalled, yelling in a rookie goalies face after he played a great game is greaseball material. I’d be saying the same thing if a Toronto player did that to a rookie Panthers goalie.
