Man he’d be such a great asset if he wasn’t made of glass. I loved Money Monahan when he was able to play for us.

This team played visibly better when he was healthy. He’s welcome on my team anyday. Sucks that he’s so injury prone but that’s the only reason we have him so it is what it is. Would love to have him back on a cheap contract.

If he comes back for 1 year and is cool with being flipped at the TDL, he’s a hero 🙏🏻

Translation: we don’t know anything but let’s put out a vague quote since people are hungry for content.

I don’t see his return but I would welcome it with open arms. Monahan is what he is. A decent second liner who is probably going to play 30-50 games a season.

Translation: Habs may be interested in bringing him back on a short-term with the intention of flipping him at the deadline, but Monahan is gonna want to test the market looking for something better before making a decision

Hopefully a 1-year deal for cheap, at this point he needs to prove he can play a healthy season. But this also sounds like a clickbait article cause why not, I bet he wants 9 mils while we are in the rumour season.

Honestly I’d be fine with a one year deal as long as it’s not some ludicrous amount. He played well while he was healthy and I can’t say I don’t like having him here.

If he could be healthy even just 60 games a year I’d go for it. We were playing much better with him.

We badly need someone to look pretty in the stands

wtf is that phrasing… I guess you can’t be wrong if you’re vague enough!

The Montreal Canadiens didn’t not say they weren’t not interested in not bringing him back
