When The David Quinn Quinn Coaching Staff Had COVID, He And Chris Drury Were A Great Combo/Did A Great Job, Why Not Strike Gold Twice. Also, He Knows These Young Guys Coming Up, Since He Coached Them In Hartford. Therefore, Logically, He (Kris Knablouch – Hopefully, Drury, too) Is Not Only The Best Choice, But, The Only Choice. Am I missing something. Definitely a lack of thinking going on. Rangers last is coming up on 30 years. That Stanley Cup winning Head Coach at 73 still has the motivation to Coach in the NHL. Umm , Rangers have nowhere to go but Keenan.
Peter Laviolette is always desperate to win, and gets the most out of what he has to work with. Only a few coaches in NHL history brought 3 different teams to the finals, and he did it with teams that had no business being there. He's tough but fair, the players like him, and want to win for him. The lazy players are the only ones who hate him.
