In the playoffs you need animals like Bennet. The leafs have one who’s well past his prime and the Cats have 4 or 5. Also the cats stars have more passion than the Leafs stars.

If you had a team of Luke Schenn’s (big, tough, willing to hit and take a hit, and will drop the gloves ) you can be successful in the playoffs. When you have a team full of cowards, like Nylander, Marner, Taveras, and Matthews. You have no chance of winning in the playoffs. In case the Maple Leafs haven’t realized it yet, NHL playoffs is a whole different beast. It takes drive and desire. Maple Leafs lack any determination. They will always be a losing team in the playoffs until they build a big, tough talented roster.
