Quand le Minnesota brise-t-il la malédiction ?
Who will be the next team to win their first-ever Stanley Cup? 🤔 pic.twitter.com/cx4P5OlrKr

I think it’s moreso « Will Minnesota ever break the curse? »
Loserville baby! LFG!
I don’t think any of our teams will ever win anything (again, in the case of the Twins).
Exactly one year after they move to Houston
The coyotes have a better chance of staying in Arizona than a Minnesota team winning anything significant
When we’re all long dead, boys
I truly believe that Jack Morris made a deal with the devil to win game 7 of the World Series in 1991. And in exchange all MN sports would be forever close but ultimately lose in the most painful way possible
I think I’m too optimistic thinking maybe within this decade, especially given we’re still paying for Suter and Parise at $7.37mill each until 2024-25 and $833k from 2025-26 through 2028-29, maybe some time in the 2030s when we can stack the top 2 forward lines a little more, if it were to happen within the decade it’ll be at the back half when we get some more cap space to pay for larger contracts.
Well it’s anyone’s guess but I’m not as pessimistic as the others. I’d say our best chance will be maybe 2026-2030 after the buyouts and giving our prospects time to mature. Ovi was 33 when he won the cup with the Capitals, Kap will be 33 in 2030, so maybe that’s peak vintage for Russian left wings.
