Who would be your picks for the Flyers to draft at 22? We have a smaller group at 7, but it feels like 22 might be a bit more open for selection.
Have either Olivia or Giana been to the draft(s) in person before? If so, how do the hosting team(s) treat the reporters from other cities? Which was your favorite so far?
I’d love to get an insight to the reporter experience in another city for the draft, if it’s any different. I’ve seen so many reporters react or speak out about certain arena experiences already.
There’s been a ton of emphasis on making the blue line a priority in the rebuild, but it seems like the forward prospects outweigh the defenseman prospects at 7 in terms of ceiling.
Do you think the Flyers would rather go with a defenseman like Reinbacher at 7 who projects as a high floor, not-as-high ceiling defenseman, or would they go with a forward who fits what they’re trying to build in terms of a high competitive, high skill culture like Leonard or Benson and worry more about defensemen later down the line?
When do you think the next set of trades will happen? It’s almost a guarantee that Hayes is gone – do you see that happening before/during/after the draft?
Would 7&22 be enough to get up to 4 to draft Michkov?
I know it’s seemingly a long shot, but if Michkov falls to us at #7, do you think the Flyers take him with all the risks involved.
After going through the Fedotov situation I feel like we might be scared off from Russian players for a while. But with new blood in charge and a potential generational talent there is huge upside to taking him.

Based on comments from Keith Jones it seems like he wants to build the team through the blue line. I follow the Flyers but not the league or prospects/minors, is that a solid strategy? Or should they go best player available like the 76ers during the initial Process years (drafting a buncha centers cuz they were the « best available » and hoping one works)? Thanks for doing this!
