I sat with the Diablos a couple of times. It was an attempt by the organization to cultivate some Euro football style energy, but imo fell short because hockey has too many stoppages for constant standing and cheering, none of their chants ever caught on with the rest of the arena, and it just kind of overall felt like a forced attempt at recreating the 233 Crazies rather than an organic outgrowth of the fan base. Didn’t help that after 2012 things started to get bleak.
