    Returning to Phoenix would be beyond me. The Yotes and NHL countersued $2.3B during the Tempe project and now they are asking to be friends again and have a site for them to build and manage? Multiple sites at Phoenix, I don't believe one bit. Scottsdale in the other hand, closer to downtown, they would have to tear down or expropriate in order to get enough land.
