   Congratulations to Evander Kane and his girlfriend on their recent arrival. Connor Brown would be an interesting player who, I'm sure, is going to get a lot of attention. While the choice is his a great deal money is money and the Oilers don't have a lot. You know I'm pulling for you Patrick. You worked your butt off and I believe you'll hit 5K subs and keep building beyond it. Take care all.

   Congratulations to Kane and his family on the new addition. Lots of names being bounced around but with the cap I don’t see anything until the deadline. Brown would be a nice addition if Holland can make it work.

    Why no-trade for Nurse? Because he a buddy of McD or sport writers were told not to write about trading Nurse because Oilers made a huge mistake signing him to 8×9.25m contract.
    Nurse has to go to make for Broberg and free up cap space. He is a 3-4 D with an elite salary.
