Detroit Lions 🦁 Honolulu Blue alternate helmets are 🔥 🔥 🔥 with the 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1 look and the Lions 🦁 historic logo. Great storytelling.
In my humble and honest opinion, it’s mind blowing. Most-unique color shell of the NFL alternate helmets in the league. I ❤️ it! It looks 🔥 🔥 🔥 on the all-steel grey uniforms.
I can see the Detroit Lions 🦁 winning in the HNL Blue x Ford Mustang Mach 1 helmets versus the Las Vegas Raiders ⚔️ on MNF in week 8 and Minnesota Vikings 👿 in week 18.

The brand-new Lions helmet, points to the fact that the last time they were a successful franchise was 70 years ago. So, the fans they are appealing to are 75+ years old. Most would rather forget about this. I like the sparkly silver helmet, with the leaping lion in blue (or the new blue) outlined in black.
Look at every team that's changed their logo and uniforms. They've all gone on to change their fortunes soon after. Tampa Bay, New England, New York Giants, Rams, Atlanta, Philadelphia., Seattle, Cincinnati, Denver, ect …just coincidence?🤔
Ate the all grey uniforms. But the helmet would look amazing with the Black Jerseys or white Jerseys and the blue pants.
