    Like Jalen Carter, Michkov was "NOT going to get pass Philly!!! They have a great shot at another decent player at 22 (hopefully Gabe Perrault) and with 2 first rounders next year, along with Cutter Gauthier, the future looks very bright!!! We potentially have not one but TWO stars with MM & Cutter…UNREAL!!! Keep it up Danny!!!

    Gutsy move by Flyers and I can't remember a Flyers GM in past who would have pulled the trigger on this kind of foreign impact player. Briere and Jones scored major points with fans tonight.

    Holy Shit, they picked the Russian star!!! He was definitely the second most talented player, in reality Michkov could possibly be better than Bedard in the long run. Maybe better than Bedard, was there any other player in this draft that you could even say that and really mean it?

    I agree on Anaheim. Carlsson is the one guy I have doubts about among the elite top selections this year. Fantilli in my book is a much safer bet. Good for Columbus I guess. As for Arizona's picks, it was a pretty good move to get both tall, skilled Russians. One thing they don't have to care about now is size. And Simashyov was projected by many to be the best D prospect in the draft.
