I understand the disappointment, but why lash out at the kid of all people?! I, for one, have gotten over the initial feeling and I’m just happy to have this talent. I hope the draft incident doesn’t scare him off from playing in Laval or Montreal next season. I thought a major benefit of drafting him was how close he is to NHL-ready. If he can’t earn a spot this coming season, he should be on the main roster for 24-25.
