Cap space? Plus I think they still need to sign a couple guys don't they? Besides that, with the 1 year deal, at the end of next season he'll be a RFA with a couple of the "core 4" who will also be looking for a raise. So even when the cap goes up, that'll be drained away by the core players yet again. This just screams win now to me. And if they fail to win this season, then the big "blow up" will likely happen.
