Hoping he continues his goal scoring in the SHL. I believe he should be there full time this year?
There may not be a ton of blue chip/ top talent in the system, but they’ve really done a good job of building out the depth in the system.
Even some of the HM guys like Bloom, Woo, and Kudryavtsev could end up as decent depth NHL’ers.
It’s funny that if Forsell was born like a week later he’d be a far more hyped prospect that probably would have gone in the earlier rounds this year. Good catch by our scouting team to get him in the seventh round.
The SHL numbers he was putting up in the back half of last year were phenomenal, but he’s got a long ways to go to prove they were sustainable.
So if he makes it to the NHL do we call him Moose?
I have my doubts if Hoglander is still on the bubble, that Forsell will become an impact player
