It's that goaltender Skinner just because he's a rookie goaltender does that mean he's a freaking God damn Stanley Cup champion it's Campbell will take them to the Stanley Cup
I certainly hope Woodcroft is not going to go the way of Tippett and be STUBBORN when the plan isn't working. That's what got Tippett fired. IMO, Jay's technically still a rookie NHL head coach, the Oil need to find a way and put in Campbell. They need to put together two back to back spankings on the Knights. Go Oilers!!!

At this point you gotta go with Campbell I feel like. Stu hasn’t been bad but the team seems to play with a little more confidence in front of Campbell and he’s shown these playoffs that he can play and that the regular season was just a fluke. Campbell seems more composed in net.
Our 5 on 5 is anemic. Reminds me of when Tippet was our coach… Skinner sucketh, put in Soup. Skinner hasn't stolen a SINGLE game for the Oilers in the playoffs. Good goalies steal you games and series (i.e. Cujo against Dallas '97, Colorado '98, Roloson '06)
The Oilers are pretty much done. It's their own fault. Very disappointed
Bad luck, bad bounces, Oil in 7. Yamo out, Hollywood in. Too late to start Cambell. 3 Vegas goals were lucky. Skinner not at fault. Oil need to get dirty, more hits, no mercy. Can't let bad refs run the game. Oil need to stay tough and fight like warriors.
I'm starting to think because of history and friendship between Woodcroft and Skinner from the Condors, Woodcroft is making emotional decisions by continuing to play Skinner. Campbell is the veteran playoff goalie. Win or lose I put my money on Campbell the rest of the way.
My guess is Woodcroft will put Campbell in net for game 6, as he doesn't want the loss of the series on Skinner.
I stand by Campbell to save yet another series for Edmonton.
Put in Shore already with the mission to slash the legs till he gets a game misconduct period. Not like he is going to get more then a game suspension. Time to play the way Vegas plays and get dirty!

As much as I love skinner Maybe its for Jack his experience is INCREDIBLE
Woody should have gone with Campbell after he bailed out the team in LA series. Coach’s stubbornness to stick with inexperienced goalie’s unreliability will be the Oilers downfall. Also, why is Yamo is in the lineup on most nights? 🤔
Idk seems convenient to makes this a goaltending issue. Especially since at one point it was 5v3 LOL
Gotta give Campbell the net and send a message to the players they gotta be better in front of their own net and end. Skinner hasn’t looked good at all in the playoffs imo so now it’s do or die and if he spots them 2 early in game 6 then what’s the point of pulling him again for crying out loud.

Skinner is to blamed the 3 loses. Let in weak goals in all 3. If smith still plays they would of be waiting to play the third round. They’re done til next yr.
