   Really isn’t anything. Just that Alex is still looking and has nailed some locations. About what I expected from our owner.

   The rock place Craig’s mentioned is divided up into parcels, [one of which is in the 41-acre range](https://i.imgur.com/4crvxW2.png) (there’s also that parcel in the river but lol)

   All the other individual parcels around that size are either already developed or are way out past like Higley.
