Last pre-season he basically played himself off the team and into AHL to start. There’s more depth on RD this season so he should come in with different mindset. A spot in the top 4 is still right there for him

    This should be his year,right?

    6’2, 21 year old! He put up 4G 11A, 15 points in 39 games keeping a modest -2 plus/minus.

    Lots to be excited about!

similar to how in baseball pitchers with options are always the first ones sent down to triple A when someone else returns from injury, I think Barron is simply stuck in limbo for this season with how many dmen are on the roster

doesn’t defend as well as Savard, Guhle, Harris, and Kovacevic, and obviously doesn’t have the current impact in the o zone as a Matheson. He has way better metrics than xhekaj, but xhekaj obviously has a certain role that no one else on the team can fulfill. I think the only way he makes the team out of camp is if you simply cant justify sending him down based on how he played

IDK where Marty is going to find the time for every single one to play on the backend

What a train wreck the past history of the #11 spot is. Outiside of Danult, that is a list of prospects who broke my heart.
