It says forum on it and I think 1992-1993 is behind the sleeve? This would put it between 93 and 96

They did custom shirts for certain games in the final year of the forum (95/96). This looks like one of them.
I have one from my first ever Habs game. A 2-2 tie against the Rangers on the 9th of December 95. Thibault’s first game in goal for the habs after the Patrick Roy trade days before.
