During that run of 4 straight Cups, the Montreal mayor’s office released a statement that read « The Stanley Cup parade will follow its usual route. »

It’s interesting as he played college hockey for years before going to the NHL. He started in the nhl at 23 and left at age 32. He might be the only high level goalie in history that only played during his prime years.

Mr. Dryden was my first memory of watching hockey an Hockey Night in Canada.
Winning the Stanley Cup before winning the Calder will be a tough record to match.
