pto try out. Would fit lou's thirst for former devils. Isles could get tatar for cheap. kenny holland once got a first, second, and third from vgk for tatar. Tatar could work in middle six. Dump clutterbuck to ltir. Tatar career highs 29 g, 61 pts. Would be a typical 18 g 45 pt. isle scorer just like pierre is. And if this move sends holmstrom to ahl for good that is better by -.
If those guy’s have to be send down so be it this is a win now team and Tatar at this point will help you more than those guys can
He is a better LW than what we have on the roster. Next, how much? We definitely don't have the cap….I wonder why???
With his speed and some ability, I think he can keep up with 13 and possibly make our first line better. Like I said, we have nobody right now that's a better LW. Id give him 1 yr at 2 mill. Dump Ross, and some of our plethora of depth players. I'd rather have Zack back but the man most likely retired.
Charlie…If Lou wanted to win so badly, why hasn't he improved this team past a fringe Playoff team? His cap management has been horrible and the long term deals he's given out along with those NTC looks lazy and isn't convincing most of us that we're trending up. We're so thin that if 13 gets hurt, we're screwed! Not even bringing up Sorokin! Losing the White Whale…I don't EVER want to think about that!

what line would Tatar and other wingers play on?
l like Tatar with Barzal and Horvat better than any of the other possibilities, including Parise and Engvall. He has natural goal scoring ability and his 28 assists show he can help set up linemates. The 20 goals from Parise last year need to be replaced.

Tatar is coming off a very good year. He has to be looking for more money and a longer term than the Isles can afford.
If, in fact, we do get him, I think he'll get a 3-4 yr deal Gil. What would make us feel any different
