Beau akey is a beast
Bourgault was pretty bad in game one and it sucks to see when you compare him to how good wallstedt is doing for the wild or Wyatt johnston for dallas
i could see Oilers trading Beau akey and a draft pick if they can get a right shot D with term like a Ekholm 2.0

I like to see Grubbe get a shot. Sloan looks promising but it’s only the beginning of the training camp so if he can keep up producing I like to see him get a spot. Wanner’s numbers are impressive for a defensive man like you said maybe a season or two he may get a shot on the team. Looks like the Oilers have a lot of good promising prospects.
I believe there is a player here that can surprise this year. Lavoie I don’t think is even an Oiler by trade deadline.
Day looked comfortable and Sloan has promise. Time will tell.
