Let all of them walk. Hartman got lucky with his 30 goal season and will not reproduce it. Foligno is a net negative over a season, look at the way his constant March to the penalty box allowed at least 3 set faceoff play goals for Dallas. Plus, Duhaime can do exactly the same thing for 1/3rd the price.

Zucc is the only one I could understand an argument for because he is Kap’s safety blanky, but only at $4mil or less

Zuccarello and Hartman, in my mind, both represent roadblocks for the development of the youth of this team. I am fine with watching them both walk.

Foligno I am alright with, pending how this season plays out.

Not what you asked, though. I go Zuccarello 2 years at $4 million per, and Foligno 4 years at $2.5 million per. Hartman signs in Chicago and replaces Corey Perry.

Zucc and Foligno can be let go, Hartman can play any forward position and pk, and little too versatile to just let go.

Not sure Hartman is going to take another discount to stay, and with him being 30 going into next season while playing the game the way he does I hope they don’t do anything stupid. I could see Foligno and Zucc taking discounts to stick around short term. None of them are players that should be paid market value to keep.

Im ready for the usual people to chime in, demonstrating that they have zero concept of how the salary cap works.

There was some chatter about re-signing Foligno. But I rather trade them at the deadline. Keep building the team.

No idea but I’m curious to see what Billy G does!

Keep Zucc if the cap hit is reasonable, 1 or 2 years would be fine.

Especially if Rossi establishes himself this year, Hartman is be a goner.

Moose, I feel like he’s going to be kept for the locker room stuff and his grit, but I’m not sure he should.

it’s time to move on and let the kids play especially if Yurov and Marat make the jump next year.

edit: there is a way in maybe keep Hartman but Zuccy is aging and Moose can’t stay healthy

None of them should be resigned.

    Move forward.

edit: not sure on Dewar and Addison. Wait till next summer for these two.

This should be the year of the Tank.

Zuccy is too old already and KK needs to learn to play without him eventually, let him go. Foligno is not good enough to keep, and has some really bad penalty taking habits, let him go. Hartman, however, has great skill sets for his price, and can slot in most places. He also may be the most clutch player we have and seems like he scores when we most need someone to. If he’ll take another team friendly deal, he is too valuable to not keep around.

I’m ready to move on. Zucc and Kap are dirty nasty together but it didn’t do much for us in the postseason. Foligno had that year where he had an absurd shooting percentage but hasn’t been a legit threat for a while. Hartman had a similar story, had some early success with the Wild but unless he has some insane season it’s time to move on. I know they are good players but we have young talent we should really start developing more.
