If they get rid of the housing part they would have a deal in tempe… plus how does 32% they didn't even get close to 50% turn out how does 32% of tempe residents get to decide for the whole state? Regardless I think they move, but of course, we follow the team when they move. The team itself has bent over backwards to stay in Arizona its the people of phx that suck.
Unlike the team's situation for most of their history, right now they actually have a competent GM, a rich owner who's willing to shell out a LOT of money to keep the team in Arizona, and an on-ice product that is actually really promising. I'm the most hopeful and excited for the future of the team itself that I've been since their 2012 cup run. I really think the Coyotes will be on the upward swing if they can just get a permanent home.
The vote no campaign relied completely on misinformation to get people on their side.

Devils fan here, I'm rooting for your organization to figure it out and for the coyotes to eventually move Beyond this. For all the ball busting you guys get their certainly seems to be a huge youth movement for hockey and Arizona. It just sucks that the opposition was able to outspend the coyotes and convince the citizens of Tempe to vote for a landfill..

The owner will eventually sell or move the team once he realizes that the organization is not a money maker. I don’t know why the NHL is so bent on having a team there. It’s just not a fit. I’m not hating on the Coyotes but it’s just a fact. They can have a lot more money and fans in a different market. Houston, Salt Lake City or Kansas City. It’s not good for the team knowing they are not wanted.
If all the coyotes fans are concerned about losing their team, maybe they can share the arena the Phoenix Suns use.
