This kid's a beauty. His media interactions are darn near as good as his playing. His breakdown of the game was exactly what I felt, not enough flow, but that comes in time. Not gonna lie, I felt like the Cubs won the World Series when I saw Perry drop the mitts, I've always loved his annoying style (him, Marchy, and Mutt are 3 of my favorites at it). The youngsters to me were the most impressive last night, Foligno was dead on in his interview a couple of days back on how good the kids are. Let's go boys!

Boy you can really tell he's playing with confidence. Lots of shots, face-off wins, calling for the puck, being patient with the puck, made good passes including OT winner. Overall, really good first NHL game id say!
And this is why no Captain this year….Rookie but a natural born leader. Imagine how proud his parents are!
