  1. "Ryan Stanton like deal" ….that had me laughing out loud. Where does that even come from Blake ? LOL

  2. Not giving Faber a hard time as this morning I felt the same as him about not seeing Abbotsford players in tonight's game. However Arturs Šilovs, Filip Johansson, Max Sasson, Aatu Räty, Linus Karlsson, and Arshdeep Bains have all been called up and it looks very much like most if not all will be in the line-up tonight.

  3. I think Padkolzin is being kicked around by different coaches to the extent that the kid forgot what his natural game is. Tocchet himself should be evaluated after about 10 games into the season.

  4. Green/ Baumgartner's miscalculation had high expectations for Rathbone. Jake's first full year saw him taking regular shifts with the top four veterans in the preseason. Green had Jake on the PP units throughout the preseason. Green dressed Rathbone on opening night and the following game. After a couple of manly NHL punishing checks along the boards, young Jake was clearly not ready for NHL aggression. Green and Baumgartner were dead wrong with their evaluation!

  5. Chris Faber is an awesome guest to have! I was already tuned in, but I don't want to miss a single show with him.

  6. Good for him. He's on the come up in Vancouver deservedly. Have tried to watch the army podcast but his cohost doesn't do it for me. Good addition guys!

  7. I heard/read Tocchet was not that happy with Hirose's fitness level when he came to camp. I guess that's why he was one and done. I thought he would be fighting for a spot.
