Reverse Retro was an Adidas gig, and they’re no longer the supplier after this season. So they ended the program.
Looks like it’s about once every two weeks. Not bad for a third jersey.
I’m getting the sense that this is the final year for the blackouts. That makes me super sad because they’re my current favorite jersey. But I also understand the economics of it. It makes more sense to go out on top and get another design ready. I hope they’re working on turning the Winter Classic design into a third, as well as the Mooterus.
Good riddance if this is the last year. It’s kinda sad that the most beautiful jersey(Reverse retro 2) Is gone. It got the black and the right green color + old logo that actually looks like Dallas Stars jersey for me, and not this neon thing. I guess as a oldtimer I’m nostalgic and biased about the old jerseys. But they looks so much better than the current ones Imo.
Looking forward to the leftover mic sales (assuming they don’t use them all like Rr )
