Great game and good defense on the power play against Buffalo being a 5 on 3. Too bad Igor didn't get a shutout allowing one goal is ok, and scoring like we did is great. Let's go, Rangers.
What a difference a coach who knows what he's doing makes for a team. I know it's early, but great to see the "kids" finally getting a legit opportunity after all these frustrating years. LET'S GO RANGERS!!!
The Rangers played remarkable defense. I watched the game close to the ice with great admiration of it. With Igor and Quick in net on top of that this could be a great year for them. The people saying the Sabres looked awful are overreacting. They will find their rhythm and adjust to playing against the Rangers system. The negativity from some people is insane.
This game really was a lot closer than the score tells. Buffalo hit a couple posts and didn’t bury some high quality chances that immediately turned into a rangers score. Glad they got the win nonetheless
