St-Louis likely isn’t our coach when we’re competing. The teams that rebuild generally go through different coaches as their goals change. But right now, he’s doing an awesome job developing the young guys.

Every coach has a shelf life, he knows that, that’s all I take from it.

I could see him transitioning into a different role with the team if he wanted to, when it’s time to appoint a different coach.

All I know is I love MSL as our coach right now and if I ever see him coach another team I’ll be heartbroken

inb4 he inevitably coaches the Lightning

let’s keep the Tampa vibe going and get Jon Cooper when he’s reached his shelf life there

He’s going to end up being a GM in no time. He has a mindset that’s we are very lucky to have as a coach.

I feel Marty is a great development coach and exactly what our young team needs right now. But I’m not convinced about his ability to implement systems and bring this team to the next level when it’s time in a few years.

    I hope I’m wrong.
