The Islanders could've easily been flying to Buffalo empty handed but they stuck with it and stole a point and I will gladly take it. Allowing FOUR PPG's is inexcusable though. Great to see Bo Horvat get on the board with two game tying goals. This is the Bo Horvat that Lou Lamoriello traded for. Brock Nelson continues to do Brock Nelson things. Nobody talks about Brock Nelson. The guy is a great goal scorer. Coming into the season he had scored 73 goals over the last two seasons (37 in 2021-22, and 36 in 2022-23) and is well on his way to 500 career points. We'll see how the Islanders do in Buffalo tomorrow night, I think tying the game late gave them a big boost of confidence.
