    Roughing called on this hit…
    Looked clean to me.

Puck is gone when he hits him so a little late, could be interference but Greg essentially got a penalty for being bigger and stronger than debrincat lol

    That was a great hit.

Well, don’t feel too bad cause he only had to sit for like 10 seconds.

Refs were on something this game. When Mick and Ken are saying the hit is clean against their own team, its probably a clean hit.

This almost makes up for the trash ass performance we had. Almost.

This call completely swung the momentum of the game

Hitting is legal in the NHL. Not judo throws, body slamming, or otherwise just grabbing someone and throwing them into the boards, right? I’m no expert on the intricacies of the rules, but I kind of get why maybe this shouldn’t happen. It looks like he makes contact and then just throws DeBrincat into the corner?

Hand was a little high, but clean hit imo. 2 minutes for being taller and stronger. Ya hate to see it.

    And somehow that’s a penalty…what a league

Anyone who says this is a late hit has never played hockey

Bettman: call it by the book this year boys!

    Refs: what book?

Refs were playing whistle-palooza today, holy hell I was surprised they even had a game with the amount of penalties today

    Smashed by his old team.

Debrincat is probably so light the air from the ventilation gave that hit some proper lift!

*On a more serious note, I wish Chicago still had him.*
