The big difference that I saw compared to last year is that when the Canucks were up three or four goals, they didn't give up. They kept pushing shift after shift… last year they lost so many games when they were up three goals. It was unbelievable.
It's weird how people are saying, "Wow, the Oilers aren't nearly as good as we thought," and also, "Wow, the Canucks beat one of the best teams in the league " at the same time. It's one or the other. Either the Oilers are one of the best and also happened to get beat, or the Oilers aren't that great and the Canucks' win wasn't against one of the best.
The Oilers are a disaster and I love it.

The thing is, IF the Oilers screw up another game… there's not much left to stop a full blown panic in Edmonton. This team cannot afford sliding into another regular season drama.
But it's just one game.
