Another great road game 👏🏾 Woll is a beast!
We had about 7 shifts where we hemmed Dallas in tonight and it was glorious. I haven’t seen that from a Leafs team in 20 years.
Our 4th line got hemmed in pretty bad when they got caught vs Dallas’ top line which led to the goal but we played very well otherwise.
Not to be too dramatic, but Joseph Woll is the son of god.

Man, Woll’s save % has to be above .960 now. He is playing ridiculously well. That toe-save early in the game was just obscene.

Joey Woll is legit. Rielly with a great game. Nylander dancing. Marner with a goal. Bertuzzi starting to come into his on. Also TSN is sooooooo much better than SN. MJ brings a lot to the broadcast

Every time Woll has played in each of the last three seasons he has played great. Leafs need to give him 12 of the next 15 or something like that.

Woll’s PG interview was sooo much less boring than Marner’s.
Look, it’s early to be building statues and waiving Samsonov in hopes somebody takes him NOW…
but Woll is looking pretty awesome out there. Let’s hope he keeps it up. It’s worth remembering as we head into November that, 2 years ago, a Leaf goalie looked like he was going to run away with the Vezina, too. He had to settle for the All Star Game.
Then « November Jack » came down to Earth – and then Edmonton bought a losing lottery ticket.
Optimism is good, just… keep it real.

i wish the leafs played dallas like ten times a season..for the past few seasons they’ve been playing a tight honest game…always a learning experience for the leafs
