It looks marginally better here but the sleeves just suck so much ass. I want one just to have one and lock it away.

Sleeves suck. Do the same striping that’s on the bottom of the jersey on the sleeves.
Or…just bring back the navy and cream heritage jersey with “New York” on the chest
The more I see of it, the more I kinda like it. Though I think there should be a secondary color for the numbers and name tapes like the home and away jerseys.
I think it’ll look good on the ice with the pants, socks, gloves, etc. But alone it looks like the template for a themed-night jersey. Meh.
It’s definitely unique and has an interesting flavor to out. I would rock this as a sweatshirt anytime.

So do we know what this design was/is for? Doesn’t seem very stadium series-like, maybe a 3rd jersey that was super close to being approved but pulled at the last second?
Hate it as a Rangers jersey. As a practice jersey or just for fans I think it’s alright. Definitely the worst sweater since like the 70’s or whenever we had that god awful abomination of a jersey.
Really wish they would have just brought back the white lady liberty this year. Not sure if that’s an unpopular opinion around here but those were/are still my favorite alternates

I think the only reason people hate this is that it’s reminiscent of the 70s primary logo jerseys… and I think people only hated those because they were different.

There’s not enough going on. It feels like a practice jersey with a little more pizazz on the sleeves and the hip striping. Bleh.

I wish the letters on the back were outlined by red and blue. The white alone seems lazy and doesn’t pop. Otherwise it’s growing on me a bit.

I was initially bleh but the more I look at it the more I like it. The arm striped add some pizzazz to the whole design but feel very irregular and asymmetric.
I think thicker, fewer and more consistent striping across the hem and arms would clean it up. The arm stripes are growing on me and the navy blue with the crest design is overall a solid, unique, and on-brand addition to the Rangers jersey closets.
Has anyone from Adidas/NHL/NYR reached out to you to find out how and where you got this from?
On the jersey itself, I thinks it’s okay.
