Finally, apart from Daunte Culpepper, a more worthy Vikings' QB who wore # 11 for Mittsey to emulate would be the legendary, tough-as-nails Joe Kapp — who led the Vikings to their first Super Bowl appearance (SB IV against KC — the final AFL vs. NFL Super Bowl in January 1970 following the 1969 season).
