Only bad thing about the game was we didn’t score 6 in the Goatheads. Big team win and UPL shutout against a good team, just gotta do this every single night

Jacob Bryson, best #7 defender in the league. Man, I’d love to add 15-55 pounds of muscle to Benson in the next year. Get him nice and beefed up to work with Savoie next season.
That’s the game we’ve been waiting for them to play. Some little hiccups here and there but overall a complete effort by almost everyone beginning to end. Couple guys still having some trouble knocking the rust off, OP still needs to dial in and relax for sure, he’s still not looking like himself, but there’s time.
Love the secondary scoring/effort we’re getting this season. Especially since our top guys were snake bitten for so long. Now let’s use this momentum and roll on to Philly.
Also yeah, fuckin UPL saved our ass MULTIPLE times, I’ll say it.

Interesting line pairings but they played great against a good team. UPL has also put together a couple good games here so that’s promising with comrie out

Honestly, I’m not mad about the Jersey game either. Road game against a great team and they played decent. This is a pretty good stretch all things considered. Should be their second shout-out of the season. Hopefully Levi is back and healthy soon, but UPL playing like this is a major relief. PK is elite. Let’s go Buffalo!

Lots of positives.
Penalty kill had to go a lot today (thanks to a couple very poor calls but whatever), which is fine because that is now a strength of this team. They’re active and fun to watch. Didn’t give up anything.
Alex Tuch was a menace. I was at the game live and watched him for the majority of his shifts and his work in the defensive zone was incredible. Glad he got a point to go with this game, he deserved it.
UPL man, he was so good but the defense in front of him was just as good. No real good stuff in the middle, tons of active sticks, and when the defense failed, UPL was there to make a save. I felt bad for him after Tuesday night because he played way better than the four goals he gave up. He is more than deserving of this shut out.
The slow starts are still concerning and that’s where UPL had to come through for them but if they can not play like shit in the first five minutes, they have a good chance.
4-5 still isn’t where we want to be to start the season but given they spent the first part of this season trying to play a different game and learn about themselves, I think it’s fine. They’ve prevented themselves from falling into a huge hole and that’s nice to see.
