I am still confused as to how a player with a no trade clause can be moved. Mr. Andlauer was clearly pissed but remained very dignified and passionate. I am hopeful for our team's future
I think the organization handled this as well as can be expected under the circumstances. Pretty bad look for the nhl though that’s for sure. How long does it take to determine paperwork wasn’t filed correctly? Wtf were they doing

The NHL is such a joke. Gary Bettman is the biggest weasel in the world. How TF is that appropriate punishment? Seems to me the biggest GM should’ve done his job and found out everything about the player in the league should have as well. This just looks terrible on the NHL, seems they are out to get Ottawa. Biggest joke in pro sports by far is the NHL
I wish The owner could tell us what he actually thinks without having to worry about the Tyrannical league coming down on him. That would be interesting. You can tell he’s pissed and rightfully so… I think everybody is, this is a joke, the NHL is a joke and complete embarrassment.

I find it hard to believe that it's been the sole responsibility of a team to ensure that another team knows the NTC list of teams for a player in all other trades in the NHL's history. Pretending that the players agent, the league and and the other team involved bears no responsibility is ridiculous.

Kind of a weird reasoning behind the penalty. This is ridiculous. As if Vegas doesn’t know the player they traded for didn’t have a 10 team no trade list. I don’t believe it.
