@Flames de Calgary

1. Nah this win is bad for y’all cause now we have better odds for first overall pick 😁😁😁😁

  2. Was kinda shocked to see that one, Mangiapane really isn't that dude. Frustrated team I guess? Anyways no place for that in the game, think he'll probably get less than he deserves here since he's never had a fine or suspension before.
    Even as a Flames fan though, hope they make an example of him

  3. Ok. Mangiapane did a very stupid thing.
    But where’s the official rushing in whistling the play dead?
    Jerred McCann is in a vulnerable position, and perhaps player safety should Trump everything else.
    But you can’t see an official on the camera.

  4. The saving grace for Mangiapane is that he didn't hit him as hard with the crosscheck as Benn did last year, or especially as bad as Byfuglien did to Miller like 5 years ago. Byfuglien got 4 games for a much more violent cross check, so I'd expect Mangi to get 1-2 games depending on how they factor in him basically missing this entire game as well.

  5. Fuck the flames man… First Rasmus and now Mangiapane. Suspensions should also be based on how long a player is out for the season as a result of the penalty. I don't think Liane has set foot on the ice since that game.

  6. Thanks for showing it. Other hockey channels are not showing this kind of stuff I don’t get it. How come nobody went after him though? He wouldn’t get away with that against the Flyers.

  7. I think "wedging the stick" would have been just as reckless. McCann put himself in that dangerous position by smothering the puck (a penalty). Mangiapane gave McCann a love tap to let him know to let go of the puck (which worked but the play was whistled dead at that point). He was actually targeting his back, not the head. You can see the initial contact was on his back/shoulder and because McCann turtled, it slide up to the neck/head area. McCann immediately does his best Neymar impression hoping to draw the penalty. I swear NHL fans and commentators are whingy soy boys these days.

  8. I'm a Flames fan, and thought it should have been 6 games minimum. DOPS is a joke. I guess they won't care until a player gets his vertebra snapped.
