Scratching Engvall is fucking moronic. Yeah, he had basically a game-costing turnover, but it’s on the fucking coach to iron out these kinds of issues, which you don’t do by scratching a guy who’s been a major positive for the roster this year.

Especially if Horvat is back, this is warranted tbh. That said, it’s a REALLY bad look to be getting scratched 12 games into a *SEVEN YEAR CONTRACT*.
Oh sure let’s break up our best line over one bad play. So dumb. If we’re gonna start scratching everyone who causes a bad goal against we won’t be able to fill a roster.
Admittedly I didn’t see the turnover, but we’ve literally had game-costing turnovers in every single loss this season. If we’re scratching for that there will be no team pretty soon. How about we hold the players who consistently underperform accountable instead? Or even better, maybe Lambert can coach the schoolboy errors out of this team…just a thought
