Torts: "The stock market is going berserk. That means our phony money is still good. We got a lot of phony players on this team. If the stock market goes down I gotta give them rice and cabbage. That won't translate into another .500 mediocre team going nowhere but instead something cataclysmic. Then I gotta suit up and play centre for Farabee and Atkinson and deliver the toughness Flyer fans expect. Look at Edmonton. They can't win even with the best player in the league. So lets just keep quiet about the lack of talent on this team"
