Tired of leafs play by play? Play Sportsnet 650 and pause the tv until it matches

  2. _whippetgood

I watch the leafs allll the time – partner’s team – and I haven’t seen them this good in a long while. Of course it’d be against the Canucks sigh

  3. Overall-Bottle6213

Gonna have a few shitters, they need to beat up on Montreal tomorrow

  4. xtothewhy

Games not over yet but it will be difficult. Hopefully they score at least a couple more times.

  5. touchable

We’ve got em right where we want em, 5-2 is the most dangerous lead in hockey

  6. For everyone upset about this game just remember how bad it can actually get. At least we’re not the Oilers.

  7. SushiWin

it’s our annual loss to Toronto. not too worried haha

  8. Interesting-Trick150

So 2 bad games in a row. Hopefully it’s not a pattern and they haven’t peaked

  9. Ruilin96

Sometimes bad games happen, i like to see how they rebound tomorrow.

Knew this heater wouldn’t last forever, but FFS did it HAVE to end against fucking Toronto on HNIC? Jesus. Cuthbert and Simpson practically jizzing themselves talking about Pettersson and Hughes being dash whatever in this game. Oh well what can you do. On to the next.

I may get downvoted here, but I think Petey has had a really poor game. He’s been bobbling the puck, falling. Can see his disappointed body language every time he messes up, which has been a lot tonight. Myers was directly responsible for the first two goals against, terrible fucking game from him. 2/6 on the PP is okay, but needed to be better. They dominated the first period and then could not stop the Leafs from getting to the slot in the 2nd and 3rd.

were the lights too bright for the day? gripping the sticks too hard to show off nationally?

  13. ForceEconomy9988

Our best players have been…checks notes…Myers and Di Giuseppe…as we all predicted

  14. NoClue22

It’s funny how many times people I know have asked me why I don’t like Quinn. That last goal is why. He’s an amazing skater and passer and sub par at defense

  15. PaperMoonShine

Tocchet spoke non stop about how this team will react to adversity. Adversity is now here. What will they do against Montreal?

  16. Canucksfan2018

If they win tomorrow it’ll be 2/3 and no one will care. If they lose tomorrow they’ll be regressing like everyone predicted. 😶

  17. PetterssonsNeck

No penalty for holding the stick there wtf

  18. YojimboAP

Eh, it is what it is. We got outplayed, off to the next one. Also, what is this PDO acronym used so much recently. Never hear of it until this year. I’ll look it up later – GG

  19. Garland casually taking a man out on a flyby.

  20. MaxHardwood

Boston lost 6-3 to Chicago last season.

Way it goes sometimes. Good teams have off nights but mental fortitude helps prevent them from wilting after said losses.

  21. Lopsided_Option_9048

    I am a fan.

I will not jump off the bandwagon unlike some who have done so here.

I will not turn on the Canucks because they are losing.

And if you had told me that the Canucks would be 10-3-1 before the start of this season, I would have said really? I’ll take it.

    Go team !

  22. PaperMoonShine

Im still watching for stat padding at this point. Hope Petey or Hughes can notch another.

  23. Myers, Garland and Beuv for literally anything pls

  24. Leftard_herplord

When Nylander puts up 100 points this year, remember that after Virtanen flunked out of the NHL, he flunked out of the NHL

He’s now playing in the DEL, and is producing far less in that league than Nylander does in the NHL

    Thanks Jimbo.

  25. NoClue22

Reminder that outside of the rangers this is the only decent team the Canucks have played
