What’s frustrated me most about this Chicago saga is that it’s very clear that they should’ve made it known well in advance that they want to be independent. It’d allow them more time to find players while giving the Canes more time to find a solution.
But, no.
One win in nine games later, I guess they’re more open to injecting loaned talent.
I really wish the Canes would say to them, “Sorry…you made your bed…now go lay in it while we send good talent to your competitors!”
LOL. Good for these guys to be back in the AHL. I hope we are charging these desperate independents a lot to bail then out of an atrocious start.
