If I have to read one more “lol that’s what moving to Ohio does to someone” or “Fantilli will be a Bruin in 4 years, this is just such a waste” I’m going to scream.

i get a lot of what he’s saying. and man i’m really loving Fantilli. But the excuses year after year are hard to swallow anymore. I’m glad the fans calls for change are being heard and full changes are needed from ownership down to the players.

When “We aren’t getting blown out this year!” Is the most positive way you can paint results in a season where your GM says the expectation is to be fighting for a playoff spot in March and April… you know things are really bad.

At this point, you are consistently losing games… doesn’t really matter if it’s by 1 or 2, or 4… if your consistently losing “close” games… they aren’t 50/50 games, they aren’t getting “goalied” or having bad “puck luck” they’re just bad.

If it was, instead of a consistent losing streak, you’d have a win or 2 peppered in there… but we have 1 win in the last 10. That’s a bad team, not just a team making occasional mistakes that cost them the game. It’s not a team that just gives up and doesn’t play… that’s when the blowouts happen. This is a team where the strategy isn’t working. We have known good players who aren’t performing… seems to me like it’s a flaw in the systems we are playing, or at least a mismatch between the system and the personnel.

I thinks it’s gonna turn around too. The kids are looks stellar but I am also excited for new leadership in hockey ops whoever and whatever that may look like
