  1. Curious as to your thoughts about the goaltending tonight. Great comeback though huge confidence boost for kane

  2. WOW WHAT A NIGHT I JUST CAME BACK FROM VACATION & MY GOD KANE HATTY TONIGHT WAS SOMTHING ELSE.

  3. Great comeback, i think nurse was a hero as well. that diving block save on schwartz was a clincher too. open net shot not allowed. If wasnt for that block, we would have been down 4 there as well. so kudos to Nurse.

  4. I just watched the highlights before watching your video. The game seemed like it was up and down. These are the kinds of games that the Oilers are going to have to find ways to win during the remainder of the season. Huge win.

  5. Other than the PK that game the boys were very lackadaisical throughout most of this game. Big pushback for the last goal and in overtime. I like the coaching decisions in OT. Great game for Kaner. Big test coming up here on the road. TB, Florida, Carolina, Anaheim, Vegas and Winnipeg to finish off the month.

  6. Yamamoto out muscles Bouchard causes goal Bouchard casually skating causes another goal man same old same old, i would play pickard next game skinner still looks shaky

  7. Now I starting 2 recegnice darnel nurse he have been playing realy good this last 3 games it was a wery wery long time since i was happy 2 see nurse playing in this last 3 years i only have been praying that edmonton could trade away nurse in some way but IF he continues 2 be playing like he have been playing this 3 last games then im happy that he is playing in edmonton oilers team but I still think that he is defintly not worth any 9.5 million dollar a year he is a 3-4 million dollar player not a penny more

  8. This deal that ken Holland was doing whit kane is The only realy good deal that ken Holland have been doing The last 3 years accept for Ekholm that was also a wery good deal but his unbelivebel useles KATASTROF deals whit nurse 9.5 million dollar and no move clausul and campbells deal 5.5 million dollar a year this 2 deals is very very bad for The hole organisation he have give this 2 players 15 million dollar a year and nurse id worth absolutly maximum 4 million dollar and in my mind then is campbell not even a NHL goile at al so IF i have been ken Holland i vouldnt want 2 have campbell even IF campbell was paying edmonton 5 million dollar a year llöll

So the boys pulled it out in OT. I'm not totally sure allowing for some of the stats that they should have but a win is a win. Stats to point out 6 Penalties (1 coincidental) for a total of 12 penalty minutes. The offenders are Hyman, Nuge, Gagner, Kulak, Ryan and Erne. Next up Erne, Hamblin, and Lavoie got very little time and Ryan and Foegele didn't even get 15 minutes including OT time. If you look at D not including OT each should average about 20 minutes (it never happens that way, your top 2 D lines get more but still it's a lot). Your offensive players should be getting 15 minutes plus OT (again, never happens that way but 23:36 for McDavid and 22:58 for Leon is kind of ridiculous allowing for 7:22 for Erne (who got a penalty), 6:44 for Hamblin and 5:52 for Levoie. They aren't cycling well THIS game (last game was different, they cycled a lot better). Okay that was the bad stuff. Finally we still haven't gotten depth scoring (it's hard when your depth is playing as little as they did in this game). The number of blocked shots was great. Twenty-one blocks is a great number (especially as Seattle only got 13 and even that's not bad) (see, it's not all horrible, focus on the good (and the fact they won)). Look, until Kane came alive in the 3rd (and OT) it wasn't looking great. End of the second it was 3-1 for Seattle and no team scored in the first. It's a win. Take care all.

  10. Oilers fans preparing for the worst before it happens. I’m shocked lol. I remember… “Oh poor Jay. He got fired. He’s rich but he still got screwed. Poor poor Jay.” Tonight it’s “Oh we’re gonna lose tonight. I’m gonna be sad I just know it!! Poor me!!”

Terrible attitude for a fan especially when this team has proved its greatness countless times. Automatically assuming & preparing for the worst… is sad. Losing a hockey game isn’t sad. Nor is losing a coach. Feeling hopeless the 1st chance you get is depressing. What killed hope in Oilers fans?? They seem almost eager to lose so they have something to complain about.

  11. Patrick, big fan from Perth Australia, hoping my visit to Edmonton in January will still be worthwhile 🤞🤞. Go oilers!!

  12. I like how Lavoie plays but sad a high end shooter is paired with a bunch of pluggers. His skill is elite, just watch him dangle, he can go through guys but the problem is he’s limited in his ability to use his skill set with who he’s paired with. He’d be a better fit on the 3rd line. At least with McLeod he’d have some able to give him juicy opportunities to shoot. Where he is is such a waste that for his sake I hope we trade him. Train wreck not even trying him for a couple games further up the lineup.

  13. Anyone regret dumping all over Nurse the past week?? His diving to save an open net goal (and the game) didn’t impress “fans”?

  14. They still need a goalie there no way they make it with skinner he's good but not that good

  15. You're frozen? Winter will be here soon enough. Don't hurry it along. Vinnie's near mistake is nothing. Try 1985 or 86 playoffs versus Calgary. Yes, Calgary. Yes, the playoffs. Ugh! Steve Smith put the puck into our own net. Might be a replay of it on You Tube. Don't want to watch it again. Still feel bad for him. Good d-man for us for a long time. We could use someone like him now too. Kevin McClelland? Marty McSorley? Steve Staios? Same for them. Better on d than Bouchard. Tougher too. No one would be hanging around in front of our net with them there. Bouchard mostly offense. Coffey looks like he could still play. Imagine him in his prime working with McDavid and Draisaitl. Be like a replay of him on the ice with Super Mario and Jagr. Still like to see us get some kind of player who can bust some ass when needed. Make sure the opposition doesn't try to take advantage of anyone on our team. Still having the Pat Maroon fantasy dream. Trade or two on the way soon so we'll see. Maybe that dream can turn into reality. Not betting on it though. Can't wait until trade deadline to make some changes thanks to the ugly start to the season. Love Evander Kane. Ken Holland might not be all that popular right now, but he took the gamble to get Kane and that looks like a good deal to me.
