   Both are absolute studs. Makar edges Huggy based on his size and aggressiveness. Having Huggy at his cap hit is easily one of the best contracts in the game though. Going to be an amazing Norris race.

   Gonna be fun watching these two go back and forth, man Makar is so dynamic it’s crazy I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more impactful d-man period though Huggy is a close second and it’s a treat to get to watch him every night.

   Avs fans get personally offended if anyone even breathes a word about Makar not being the single greatest defenceman in NHL history

   Yes, we get it. He is an exceptional player.

   Stop acting like it’s a crime for him to have a rival. He’s not Bobby Orr, he’s Cale Makar, and he won his hardware on one of the most stacked rosters in the salary cap era.

   Even Wayne had Mario.
