Obviously Florida's announce team. That wasn't a crosscheck anyway, if the Panther's appealed it they would have gotten a bench penalty for Delay Of Game and the goal would of stood, plus the Jets would have had a Power Play. Florida's bench knew it, that's why they didn't ask for a replay, and that's why announcers aren't coaches.
