As a study on the effects of change on group dynamics and/or team chemistry, this season should work well. Painful to live, but interesting to see how this turns out.
Unfortunately, it seems the cheapest and fastest way to make corrections is to fire the coach. Hockey is not alone in this as this paradigm seems to carry across the major pro sports across the globe.
I guess time will tell how much patience the leadership of the Wild org has.

It’s been soooo hard to watch. Genuine question as a new-ish hockey viewer: do folks think we’re tanking? Or are we just hitting the Bermuda Triangle of bad team chemistry, multiple years with no lottery picks, and cap issues?

I can’t stop thinking about when I saw Tom Reid up at Jimmy’s food and drink. I said hello and asked how he thought the Wild were going to do this season he said “not good” … lol and here we are.

If the Billy G era just sort of putters out until they make a change i would feel so heartbroken and betrayed that I may choose another team and take a break

Honestly, I’ve been watching the wolves for the first time like ever cause I have Bally so I might as well watch a team win. (I still watch the wild though I just get sad)
