A barrel of laughs! When I was in Peewees the team from across town would seem to skate circles around us. Well the 3rd game we played the coach said this, "Guys, YOU CAN BEAT THESE GUYS EASY!!!" WWWHAAAT??? Coach are you nuts? Coach: Guys, they have 4 guys that do all the work. And they are #7, 14, 97, and 23. Just don't let them get left alone and you can beat them!" AND WE DID TWICE!!! After losing the first 2 in a landslide. Know any team that has #7, 14, 97, and 23??? It isn't totally that simple but the best checking guys on these teams are pretty much put out to make it a long night for just a few Wild players! They don't worry about the rest because they're passengers and they aren't digging it out after pucks, busting ass to get to loose pucks, busting ass to catch up and make a serious manpower rush up ice! It is PATHETIC!!! Definitely time to publicly out ALL OF THE PASSENGERS ON THIS WILD GROUP!!! They cannot be confused with a team because team mates don't let team mates down like these lazy louts! I saw a headline toutimg "more effort" by 'The Wild' THAT IS A BIG PILE OF 🐶💩! The stats said Wild had 8 hits…3 of them were Hartman penalties (counting the slew foot)! Another was Golagosky's slash and the last was Boldy's hold…as far as I could tell!!! Did anyone see a check thrown by a Wild player in the last 2 games? I must have missed it! These guys are as physical as a flag football team!

Hockey is such a mind game and this group has lost its mojo. I hope they either continue the slide ( most likely based on the eye candy I’m watching ) or they recover in time to make a push. Please don’t recover just enough to finish just outside of the playoffs and pick 17.
This group has zero physicality. I was at the Colorado game and there was so little hitting I could have jumped out on the ice and felt safe. Hartman’s slew foot is classless, surprised he didn’t get killed – as cheap of a move as a player can administer in hockey. Again, the rebound goal ( Larkin) was terrible rebound control by Gusty, one to two per game as previously mentioned. Don’t know what to say – hoping the draft has some solid prospects as I’m sure we’ll be picking behind Chicago again, as the league rebuilds that suffering fan base ASAP to get them back to the top of the stack. We are sliding fast and I’m not sure if there are the answers in this locker-room. Season ticket holder wondering what the hell I’m spending my money on….

Again, it sounds like you’re right where I’m at? We both love hockey and are / were bitter losers when we played. I think we care more than these players right now. Can you send down a Boldy / Johansson to send a message or do they have to clear waivers? If nothing else – sit them for a few games…..shit, it’s pathetic to watch nightly right now. Boldy has more turnovers than Mattison – that’s hard to do…

I recall that some of the Wild players were reportedly offended when Jessie from Bardown Beauties said they wouldn't make the playoffs before the season started. Little did she or any of us know that they are a bottom five team, and perhaps a bottom three. LOT (lack of talent) and slow. I don't think a new coach can magically create talent where this is none. I have mixed feelings about Dean, but I hope he isn't fired. Rather see some guys watching a game or two from the box. Why was Mermis sent back down? Was it because of money?
Just write the season off. Keep Dean, to save money and face (for the owner/GM). Trade aging mediocre players while they are still worth something and start a, from the ground up, rebuild. Acquire and save assets and money for when the books clear and go get the best possible. Guerin is more to blame than anyone. His vision of a good hockey team is antiquated. Big, heavy playing teams are outdated and will not succeed in today’s NHL. Great guy, but too old fashioned.
The Wild are basically thru the 1st quarter of the season and went 5-14. They are on pace for around 20-ish wins on the season which should equate to a top 3 draft pick. The current NHL is about speed, creating space, and finishing and unfortunately the current roster is built on GRIT/sandpaper/a heavy brand of hockey 😂
I honestly done see Deano as coach much longer but it's too little too late. If I'm Kirill I ask for a trade before my NMC kicks in.
It’s possible a coaching change could bring a different atmosphere and approach to the challenge the Wild find themselves in.(roster) Dean gets paid through next year even if he’s let go. If another team picks him up he’s golden. I just don’t see Dean’s approach as a fit for this team right now. Who would replace him? No idea. That depends on what managements vision is. Again no idea. I hope Dean lands on his feet where his skill set is a better fit.

I became a hockey fan and adopted the wild as my team a couple years ago bc I believed in there “culture”.they were building.
Kind of laughable how bad the culture appears to be now. Maybe I should of adopted a different team.
at this point we need to look at this team like we looked at the Heartlanders team from last year. They aint making the playoffs, but we at least should look for some good things out of this season game in game out. who are the good showing guys, who are the up and coming players that we can maybe look forward to. when does Jon Merrill get traded to San Jose and actually look like a competent player? Honestly this schedule has been steep at the start, we just need some teams to bully for a few games to actually kick this L streak. Last year's Heartlanders gave some high anticipation to playing teams like Kalamazoo who just weren't great. anticipating Wheeling cause we were beating up on them. We just need to look towards what games this team can start out by just bullying the low hanging fruit.

I was the guy on the other end of the radio to the Titanic when all this was coming to fruition…Nobody liked how negative I was taking the opposite position of Billy back in July…Before that the buyouts…When you buyout and start signing guys with contracts to no move clauses…BIG ICEBERG!!! I think Travis was the only one with me in early fall scared about Boldy…Goaltending…don't sign Gus…yea..I said it back then..Our goalie is in house…needs to see top club time.. I'll give you a list of 20 goaltenders who started 18/21 years old…So now you have old average guys for 2 years and then young guys who aren't ready because you couldn't play them to get ready…The ICEBERG wasnt to hard to see if you were willing to look…
So the "Team" is now blaming the fork for them being fat?…oh, I see…It maybe makes sense to someone with room temperature IQ!
BLAME THE PASSENGERS, not the guys who do the work every night! 5 guys do all the work on this club, EK, the Deweys and Maroon, Rossi & Faber are the damned heart of the team right now. I just know they are going to crap on Rossi, Walker and Beckman. The writing is on the wall!
