People laugh about empty netters but they count. First of all, you’re only getting empty net goals if your team is winning. Second, you’re icing the game by scoring one. Third, they’re not that easy to score. And fourth, every player can pad their stats with empty netters, doesn’t mean all of them do. ENGs are good for the team.
