    So funny to me hearing about Nylander making 10-12 million when Jack Hughes is making only 8 millions, Brayden Point making 9.5 millions and Pastrnak making 11.2 millons. Willy ain't as good as those players

    You CANNOT trade Marnie. He has a FULL NMC. Media has got to stop with the idea of trading away Marnie. He isnt going anywhere. Home town boy just like JT. Will get paid the most here than anywhere else in the NHL. There is only 1 option and thats trading Willy or letting him walk.

    Sign nylander 11 million 7 years when Tavares becomes a UFA he signs with the leafs for 6 million per 3 years doesn’t change a thing on our salary cap

    Leafs need to be looking at defence like hanifin pesce tanev chychrun not the walker type that’s no better than timmins or lilejgren

    I think the leafs best option with nylander is to keep him for the playoffs and then do a sign and trade and get the depth the need on the 3rd line.

    Risto played a majority of his career in Buffalo and and bad Philly team for a year. Last year and this year so far under Torts he has looked good. He was a -4 last year on a team that had a top 10 pick playing 19+ minutes a night and is an even 0 so far this year with an average 16+ minutes a night. He’s not as bad as people think just played on some terrible teams.
