I read leafs trade rumor that leafs send T.J brode 5m aav this year and Ty Volt and Mikko Kokkonen and 1st round pick in 2024 and 3rd round pick in 2024 that was Islanders pick and 5th round pick in 2024 that was Canucks pick and 7th round pick in 2024 that was Sens pick to sharks for Matthew Benning 1.25m aav for 3 years and Mario Ferraro at 50% cap hit 1.87m for 3 years and Fabian Zetterlund 1.4m aav for 2 years and is RFA and leafs would clean 3.38m in cap space.if true or not we will see?

Pay the freaking price to get Tanev, but conditional on being given permission on Treliving talking to Tanev about whether he'll extend & how much. Conroy has already been linked to allowing teams to discuss extend & trade scenarios with his UFA's. So if price is that 2024 1st & maybe Robertson for an extended Tanev, just get it done. Tanev is light years ahead of Risto.
